People 12 years and over take 1 full scoop with water or juice 30 minutes before bed.

Timing and Dosing suggestions:
For optimal sleep support magnesium is best taken at night before bed.
For optimal exercise recovery magnesium is best taken immediately following exercise.
Dosage can be divided throughout the day to cater for demands of lifestyle and health.
