Under your My Account page, there is a button called “PRESCRIBE TO PATIENT”, this button will redirect you to our CleverSleep Retail Priced products intended for your patient.

Step 2
Add quantity to what products you want to prescribe to your patient. After adding quantity you may proceed by clicking “Complete Order”.
Step 3
This is the final step, the practitioners prescription pad where you will fill all the fields on the form.
Client’s/Patient’s email is required. Patient will receive an email with a link to purchased the prescribe order after Submitting this form.
